Crazy Improv Sauce.
It started a bit crazy but when all the ingredients went in, it turned out OK. Which was better than I thought it would be after the 5 minute mark. It's like a mushroom wine reduction that has hot pepper flakes which was the crazy part but I stuck with my original plan which called for cream and tarragon and it turned out... well I said before: Ok!
