My first foray into Mediterranean. Marinated eggplants with tzatziki and pita. Unpictured is romaine lettuce for texture. Might go for radicchio instead cause it's kinda purple! Might dye the tzatziki with some beet or red cabbage juice as well. So if the post title doesn't make sense, it's because this is gundammit's 800th post! 100 posts of fortuuuuuune. If that doesn't make sense, what a sad life you must live without virtual fortunes.
